Enjoy a delicious meal and connect with friends, family, and our church community. After dinner, stay for a variety of activities, including adult programming, children's activities, and choir rehearsals.

Yahweh’s Champions & Spokesmen — Judges/Deliverers & Prophets
Instructor: Bob Powell
When: January 15 - February 26, Wednesdays, 6 PM - 7 PM
Location: Hope Classroom
This class explores the lives and missions of the Judges, Israel’s divinely appointed leaders, and the Prophets, Yahweh’s messengers. Please sign up for this class on the list outside the church office so Bob can prepare materials.
Second B 101: Everything You Wanted to Know but Were Afraid to Ask

Location: Circle Classroom
An introductory class for those new to Second Baptist or seeking to deepen their understanding of the church’s beliefs, history, and community. Participants can ask questions, share insights, and engage in meaningful conversations about being part of the 2b family.
Woven: God's Work Within and Among Us

Dive deeper into the themes of the 2025 Adult Retreat or catch up if you missed it! Join us for video sessions from retreat speaker Mallory Wyckoff, DMin., paired with group discussions to explore God’s work in and among us.
Pilgrims: Exploring with God in Today's World

We will expand our faith journey into new territories by understanding our past and enriching our present through scripture, stories, discussion, and experience:

• Exploring with God at Work in My Today (Awareness, Encounters, Practices)
• Exploring with God Our Beloved Self (Good, Bad, Beautiful Image of God)
• Exploring with God My Connection to Others (Solidarity, Mission, Justice)
• Exploring with God My Connection in the Global Community (Stewardship, Ecology, World Faiths)
