Rev. Aurelia  Dávila Pratt

Aurelia Pratt

Rev. Aurelia Dávila Pratt, M.Div., LMSW, is a poet, preacher, and sacred spacemaker. An Imago Dei enthusiast, she engages themes of belonging, dignity, and hope, specifically in these uncertain times. One expression of her work is what she calls “spoken word exegesis,” a poetic re-imagining of scripture through a healing and liberative lens.

Aurelia is co-founder of Peace of Christ Church, a radically loving community in Round Rock, Texas, where she served as lead pastor for seven years and remains an active part of the community. She is the author of A Brown Girl’s Epiphany: Reclaim Your Intuition and Step Into Your Power, published by Broadleaf Books.

Aurelia was named by Sojourners as one of “Ten Christian Women Shaping the Church in 2022” and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Good Faith Media. She lives in Central Texas with her husband of 19 years and their ten-year-old daughter.
