Holy Week Worship at Second B 

Next week, we will begin the journey through Holy Week, and I want to invite you to several special worship services at Second B.

On Palm Sunday, March 29, we will celebrate Jesus’ entrance into Jerusalem with palm waving, festive music, and shouts of Hosanna.

On Thursday, April 2, our Maundy Thursday worship service will be held in the Grand Hall at 6:00p, led by choir, orchestra, narrator, and soloists. Together we will walk through the events from the Last Supper to the Garden of Gethsemane through powerful music and narration that reflect the words and actions of Jesus and his disciples. This year we will not observe foot washing. The service will center around a shared time of communion.

On Friday, April 3, we will gather at 12:00p for a Good Friday worship service, reflecting on the final day and hours of the life of Christ.
