Family Promise Ministry

Second Baptist Church is proud to partner with Family Promise, an organization dedicated to providing shelter, support, and growth opportunities for families experiencing homelessness or in transition.

Second B’s Role

During our committed month, many of our Sunday School classes actively support Family Promise by:

  • Providing Meals: Preparing and serving meals to families.
  • Engaging with Children: Playing with kids and helping them with homework.
  • Supporting Parents: Chatting with moms and dads to offer encouragement and connection.
