Wandering and Wondering: Investing with Our Bodies

by Rev. Carrie Veal on June 09, 2026

One week ago the halls were full of laughter as we hosted our 2B Leaders summer camp. It was a great week where children and youth were learning with and from each other. Our teenagers learned how curious and intuitive our children are, and our children learned how caring and engaging our teens are.

And the whole week I just kept wondering: how do we carry this momentum throughout the rest of the summer and into the fall? How do we expand the investment?

We are already thinking about the fall with our children's and youth ministries. We are dreaming and planning, wondering and praying. I am wondering how I will invest in these ministries. And I am wondering how you might as well. There are so many ways you are welcome and needed in these ministries as they grow, and we show the youth, children, and their families that we are INVESTED.

Wondering how you might wander into these ministries? Reach out! We will definitely help you find your place!
